Job Description

The Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of technology-driven infrastructure projects, including system installations, gate deployments, and operational monitoring. The role ensures project execution within time, scope, and budget, while also managing ongoing technology operations post-deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure and technology projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Oversee procurement and contracting processes to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including software, operations, network, and field technicians.
  • Monitor project budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to cost control policies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement mechanisms for tracking project performance and resolving operational issues.
  • Establish frameworks for post-implementation system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on progress, challenges, and key milestones.
  • Drive organizational readiness through change management, training, and communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Agile, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in transport, urban infrastructure, or smart city initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of ERP or transport automation systems.
