Job Description
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business administration or other related fields. University degree in marketing/sales, communication management, business administration or related field.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Attend customer requirements of point of sales and distributors.
- Provide training and coaching to sales teams.
- Review and analyze weekly sales of areas and assigned distributors by region.
- Push the adoption of Promo for the Channels.
- Coordinate the monthly sales review Sessions.
- Support Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives in the territory.
- Contribute to the Business Case.
- Check on the brand campaign execution.
