Territory Manager (Mbeya,Bagamoyo,Kilwa,Gairo & Same) at Yas Tanzania

A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business administration or other related fields. University degree in marketing/sales, communication management, business administration or related field.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Attend customer requirements of point of sales and distributors.
• Provide training and coaching to sales teams.
• Review and analyze weekly sales of areas and assigned distributors by region.
• Push the adoption of Promo for the Channels.
• Coordinate the monthly sales review Sessions.
• Support Mobile Financial Services (MFS) initiatives in the territory.
• Contribute to the Business Case.
• Check on the brand campaign execution.
