Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Pharmaceutical Technician will assist in the preparation, production, and packaging of pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include maintaining quality control standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory protocols, supporting pharmacy operations, and accurately dispensing medical products. The technician will also collaborate with team members, manage inventory, and provide customer service as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy and Pharmacy Technician expertise, including knowledge of pharmaceutical preparation and dispensing
• Strong focus on Quality Control and adherence to regulatory standards
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with stakeholders
• Customer Service experience, ensuring reliable and patient-focused support
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Understanding of relevant healthcare protocols and safety practices
• A Diploma or Certification in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a similar setting is a plus
