About The Job

• Assist in the execution of marketing strategies in alignment with the overarching brand goals of The Mora Zanzibar and TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar
• Ensure consistency in brand representation across various platforms, including websites, social media, and guest communications
• Support the management of brand apps, promotional materials, and digital content
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and assist in preparing reports with insights and recommendations
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations
• Manage and supervise social media accounts, ensuring engaging and on-brand content
• Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns, suggesting improvements where needed
• Support media and influence engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility
• Monitor online review responses to guest feedback across various platforms
• Assist in implementing strategies to improve online reputation and guest satisfaction
• Work closely with the Cluster Marketing Manager, operational teams, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively
• Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for marketing campaigns
• Assist in coordinating events, sales trips, and promotional activities as required
  
  

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury tourism sector
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn), online advertising, and email marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Knowledge of ReviewPro and online reputation management tools is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
