Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer
Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Officer with a diploma or degree in Computer
- Science, ICT, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and IT
- support, with the ability to manage online platforms, design marketing materials, and execute digital campaigns.
- Candidates must own a laptop and be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Design and produce creative content, including graphics, videos, and animations for marketing purposes.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring fresh, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide basic ICT support including hardware/software troubleshooting when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategy.
- Engage with online audiences, respond to inquiries, and build strong digital communities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, ICT, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong design skills using Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of website design, content management systems, and basic coding (HTML/CSS preferred).
- Good photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must own a personal laptop and be tech-savvy.
Preferred Experience
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in digital marketing, communications, or ICT.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Basic knowledge of branding, content strategy, and public engagement.
