Job Description:
As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and closing sales. You will work independently to generate leads, build relationships, and drive the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients who may benefit from our website development and hosting services.
  • Sales Presentation: Effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits of free website development, domain registration, emails, SSL certificates, and more.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including social media, online communities, local business networks, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Sales Closing: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that clients understand the terms of service and are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital services or IT sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet sales targets.
  • Networking Ability: Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships within the business community.
  • Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Compensation:

  • Commission: 25% commission on the first-year revenue from each client brought in (Tsh 50,000/= per client).
  • Earnings Potential: With a target of 10 clients per month, your earning potential could reach Tsh 500,000/= per month, depending on your performance.
  • No Cap: There is no cap on the commission you can earn—your income potential is directly tied to your ability to close sales.
