Job Description
Nature and scope
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager. He/She will be responsible for develops and implements marketing plans, conducts market research, creates and manages campaigns across various channels, monitors performance, manages budgets, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve company goals and promote products or services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage marketing and advertising campaigns across different platforms like social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and analyze competitor activities and market positioning.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns, such as lead generation and return on investment (ROI), and use this data to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and proper expenditure for all marketing activities.
- Collaborate with design teams to create compelling marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and support sales strategies.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote its offerings.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, media, and industry influencers through effective communication and networking.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, marketing tools, and techniques to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing strategies, campaign performance, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relation and Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration majoring in Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Two (2) years of proven work experience in marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
