Job Description

Nature and scope

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager.  He/She will be responsible for develops and implements marketing plans, conducts market research, creates and manages campaigns across various channels, monitors performance, manages budgets, and collaborates with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve company goals and promote products or services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and manage marketing and advertising campaigns across different platforms like social media, email, print, and digital advertising. 
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and analyze competitor activities and market positioning. 
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns, such as lead generation and return on investment (ROI), and use this data to optimize strategies and improve effectiveness. 
  1. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and proper expenditure for all marketing activities. 
  2. Collaborate with design teams to create compelling marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications. 
  3. Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and support sales strategies. 
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote its offerings. 
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, media, and industry influencers through effective communication and networking. 
  1. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, marketing tools, and techniques to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies. 
  2. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing strategies, campaign performance, and market insights to senior management. 

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relation and Marketing, Commerce or  Business Administration majoring in Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field. 
  2. Two (2) years of proven work experience in marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
