Job Description
The Marketing Operations Officer is responsible for the seamless execution, maintenance, and optimization of the digital marketing ecosystem across our portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and technical administration. You will ensure that content, CRM workflows, and digital platforms operate at peak efficiency, maintaining brand integrity across all guest-facing touchpoints and diverse business units.Key Areas of Responsibility1. Platform & Technical Operations
- CRM Maintenance: Oversee workflows and automations to ensure lead data flows correctly through the sales funnel. Update email templates, links, and content as needed.
- Website Updates: Execute technical updates to company websites, including pricing adjustments, copy refreshes, and the publishing of new itineraries or service offerings.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical glitches within the marketing stack; escalate major system or automation issues to the technical lead.
2. Content Lifecycle Management
- Editorial Coordination: Manage the internal content pipeline by tracking blog drafts, following up with internal stakeholders, and enforcing deadlines for content readiness.
- Digital Publishing: Fully own the scheduling and publishing of blogs and newsletters within WordPress and Email Service Providers (ESPs).
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all published content—whether on the web or via email—has correct formatting, metadata, functional internal/external links, and optimized imagery.
3. Creative Production & Paid Media Support
- Graphic Design: Conceptualize and produce high-quality marketing materials, campaign assets, and seasonal promotional content.
- Collateral Development: Collaborate with Digital and Reservations teams to design professional presentations and guest-facing documentation.
- Ad Operations: Design ad creatives based on specific requirements and manage the technical upload of assets and copy into Meta and Google ad platforms.
4. Social Media & Reputation Management
- Social Execution: Execute the social media calendar by scheduling posts, writing engaging captions, and managing daily Story updates.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews across various digital platforms, maintaining a professional and helpful brand voice.
Experience & Competencies
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WordPress, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), and Meta/Google Ads managers.
- Design Skills: Strong eye for aesthetics with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Organization: A "systems thinker" capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines across different service lines.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills for blogs, social media, and professional email correspondence.
