Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Office Administrator and sales Associate to join our new office in Zanzibar. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our office, providing exceptional administrative support while also handling sales inquiries with the potential to grow within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and a positive company image.

- Manage inquiries regarding the Blu Pearl Project, offering detailed information to assist customers in the purchasing process.

- Handle administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.

- Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks and coordinate sales documents.

- Be proficient with office technology and software to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other office events.

- Maintain a tidy and orderly office environment to ensure a professional atmosphere.

- Assist with the coordination of project documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.



- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Familiarity with the Tanzanian real estate market and regulations is preferred.


Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role with sales responsibilities.
