Sales and Marketing Executive at Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Moshi. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, conducting market research, and planning marketing activities. Daily tasks include managing sales operations, building client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. The role requires collaboration with teams to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility in the competitive hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning and Marketing
• Strong knowledge of local Tour Operators
• 5 years Sales and Marketing experience with either a tour operator or hospitality company
• Proficiency in Market Research
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
