Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.
 
 - Social Media Management:
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
 - Implement and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and coverage.
 
 - Audience Engagement:
- Foster meaningful connections with our audience through active engagement and community building.
 - Analyze and leverage social media insights to identify trends, track performance, and optimize content.
 
 - Campaign Coordination:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
 
 - Brand Advocacy:
- Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our brand reach and awareness.
 - Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
 
 - Monitoring Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
 - Propose and implement innovative ideas to keep our social media strategy fresh and effective.
 
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 - Proven 3-5 years experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
 - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
 - Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
