Job Title: Social Media Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
    • Implement and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and coverage.
  3. Audience Engagement:
    • Foster meaningful connections with our audience through active engagement and community building.
    • Analyze and leverage social media insights to identify trends, track performance, and optimize content.
  4. Campaign Coordination:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  5. Brand Advocacy:
    • Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our brand reach and awareness.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  6. Monitoring Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
    • Propose and implement innovative ideas to keep our social media strategy fresh and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
