Participate in Position Summary and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company equipment under the guidance and supervision of senior technicians. This role requires a willingness to travel to different locations to provide on-site machine installation, debugging, maintenance, and repair services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operation and routine maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults under the guidance of senior mentors.
• Carry out repair and servicing activities to ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Travel to various client sites to provide machine debugging, installation, maintenance, and technical support services.
• Maintain accurate service records and report technical issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards during all maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure quality service delivery.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to protecting the company's interests.
