Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include creating and curating content, optimizing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with the marketing and communication teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Experience in developing Content Strategy and creating engaging content
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the media and entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
