Laboratory Technician at Oceanic Polyclinic

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests following standard procedures and protocols.
• Analyze samples and interpret results with accuracy.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Record and report test findings to healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and request replenishments as needed.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proficiency in computer skills for lab data entry and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control.
• Minimum Qualification Requirements:
• Must be a citizen of Tanzania.
• Holder of a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.
• Must have a valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Laboratory Technician.
