Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer at INNOVEX Tanzania

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing M&E systems to track project performance, ensure accountability, and support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific M&E frameworks, tools, and indicators.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to measure project outcomes.
• Prepare timely reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct field visits to monitor project activities and validate data.
• Build capacity of staff and partners on M&E practices and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization
• Knowledge of donor-funded programs is an added advantage.
