Field Officer

Job Description

• Managing and monitoring the projects field operations
• Overseeing volunteers in hotspots and community locations, making sure that all operations are running at peak efficiency and according to plan.
• Supervising field staff, helping to develop strategies to improve operations, conducting quality controls, and analyzing data.

Skills and Qualifications for Field Officers

• Diploma or higher in a related field, such as community health, community development and experience in the field.
• A minimum of 3 years in health-related field work
• Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, case study explanation.
• Excellent communication skills, conversant in Kiswahili and English.
• Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Field Officers are highly responsible individuals and must perform a variety of tasks. Key responsibilities of a Field Officer include:

• Supervising Volunteers:Field Officers are responsible for supervising volunteers and ensuring that all operations are running effectively and according to plan.
• Developing Strategies:Field Officers are tasked with developing project strategies to improve operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Analyzing Data:Field Officers must be able to analyze data remotely to assess trends and make informed decisions
