Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or Process Engineering
• Knowledge of kiln and raw mill operations
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in a cement plant

Your Next Challenge

In this role, you will take full responsibility for operating the kiln and raw mill, ensuring the plant runs safely, efficiently, and within agreed process parameters.

You will monitor daily operations, make real-time adjustments to maintain optimal performance, and ensure accurate production logs and reporting. Working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams, you will help secure smooth and stable plant operations.

This challenge also requires active involvement in production-related activities from inspections and cleaning to special tests and refractory work while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and acting promptly on any abnormalities, including quality feedback from the laboratory.

A strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, OSHA compliance, and adherence to company policies and business conduct guidelines is essential.
