Canadian Biotech Ltd is a growing healthcare Company with operations in Tanzania and International Partners. We are building a highly organised professional office environment to support senior leadership and daily operations.

Role Description - (30 Interns)

This full-time, on-site role for Production Interns is located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Responsibilities include assisting in production planning, monitoring quality control processes, supporting production management, and participating in procedural training sessions. Additionally, interns will collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

A Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Chemical Enginieering or any other genre of study with industrial/manufacturing experience .

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to support manufacturing operations effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes to help maintain high product standards and compliance.
• Ability to participate in and deliver Training, ensuring best practices and procedural consistency.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for effective workflow management.
• Interest or background in life sciences, biotechnology, or related fields is an advantage.
• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, culturally diverse environment
