Role Overview

Events are the key channel through which TM Forum drives member engagement and connects members to enable networking, collaboration, access to practical guidance, and do business with one another.

The role reports to the Senior Exhibition and Sponsorship Manager. This position will support the team in successfully delivering our event portfolio throughout the year.

The role requires the individual to be motivated, well-organized and have excellent communication skills.

 

Your experience:

  • This individual is the face of TM Forum to our exhibitors and sponsors and is responsible in maintaining TM Forum’s brand and reputation.
  • This is a critical role in daily communication to exhibitors and sponsors via email, phone calls and online meetings with a focus on prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with each of our exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Understanding the needs of the exhibitors and sponsors and working together with them to achieve this.

 

Operations:

  • Development, execution, and ownership of the communication plan and contracted deliverables to each exhibitor and sponsor.
  • Work closely with Conference Production, Marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure all contracted deliverables are executed.
  • Adhering to strict deadlines, both internally and externally.
  • Liaise with event ops to ensure smooth running of inventory.
  • Collect and organize all logos required for website, digital platform, and print materials.
  • Responsible for accurate proofing of all logos that are used onsite and digitally.
  • On-site management to ensure that all arrangements / orders are completed and of high quality.
  • Approve all booth stand plans for height restrictions, adhering to venue Health & Safety guidelines and make recommendations to exhibitors for optimal booth design in allotted area.
  • Provide out of office coverage for shared email.
  • Support event ops with updates to SpEx brochures, including proofing and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the production of post-event reports and ownership of completing said reports for each exhibitor and sponsor in a timely manner

  • Experience working in Events and Project Management.
  • Experience working in customer facing role.
  • Resilient individual.
  • Highly self-motivated, driven, and ambitious individual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and time management.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ensuring all outputs are of the highest quality and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to work and manage many tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work outside the normal office hours, including some weekends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
