FEMA INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME 2024

FEMA undertakes to offer internship opportunities to fresh Tanzanian graduates of various disciplines, with the aim of “Enhancing Graduates Capability in Tanzania”.

PURPOSE OF THE FEMA INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

The internship Programme provides an opportunity to unemployed graduates to gain meaningful firsthand experience in the real working world that will complement their studies and provide them with knowledge that could help them understand the career trajectory for their desired job and gain access to the mining labour market in the future.

The internship is for fixed term (12 months) and there is no guarantee of any offer of employment by the company on expiry of the internship period.

 FIELD OF STUDY

Internship opportunities are available for following disciplines;

• Mining Engineering (2 Posts) site based Katoro Geita
• Finance Management/Business Administration (1 Post) head office based Mwanza.

Female Graduates and People with Disability are highly encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

ELIGIBILITY: To qualify for the internship post(s), one MUST:

• Be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Be an unemployed Tanzanian graduate aged between 18 – 30 years.
• Have graduated between 2020 and 2023.
• The candidate must possess a valid degree certificate.
