Let's grow together, become our FIBER PROJECT MANAGER

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in telecom Network Project expertise.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning and Execution - Lead end-to-end fiber network deployment projects (FTTH, FTTx, backbone, metro fiber).
• Team and Vendor Coordination - Manage internal and external teams (design, construction, QA/QC, and documentation). Coordinate activities with subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities & Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards.
• Budget and Reporting - Prepare project budgets and monitor financial performance. Track project KPIs including cost, schedule, quality, and safety and provide regular status to Senior Management.
• Compliance and documentation - Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry standards (e.g., ITU-T, IEEE), and regulatory guidelines (e.g., TCRA) & Manage project documentation, including BoQs, as-built drawings, test results, and permits.
• Risk and Issue Management - Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans. Handle project escalations and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
