PRODUCT OWNER (Woman or Man)

Location: Madagascar / Senegale / Tanzania / Togo / Comoros / South Africa

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
• 5 + years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role

Your Profile

• Proven track record of successfully owning and delivering products within Agile environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong understanding of mobile money and/or financial services industry
• Proficiency in user story writing and backlog management tools
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

Your Challenges

Product Ownership and Strategy:

• Owning and defining the vision and roadmap for a specific product or product line
• Prioritizing and managing the product backlog in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Translating Requirements into Features and ensuring clarity and transparency through user stories and acceptance criteria.

Agile Development and Delivery:

• Facilitating sprint planning sessions and participating in backlog refinement.
• Delivering high-quality features that meet user needs and business objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicating product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Analyzing product usage data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
