Job Description
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or equivalent).
- Project Planning & Scheduling. Ability to develop and track work programs, allocate resources, and monitor timelines using tools like MS Project or equivalent
- Communication & Coordination. Strong skills in liaising between engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project flow and resolve issues quickly.
- Documentation & Reporting. Competence in preparing progress reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and standards.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making. Quick response to site challenges such as delays, material shortages, or design conflicts, with practical solutions.
- Financial & Resource Management. Basic understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, and efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
