Job Description
Role Overview
The Head of the Real Estate Department (HOD) will lead Atara’s real estate division, driving property acquisition, development, and management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee real estate agency operations and property management services.
- Conduct market analysis and identify investment opportunities.
- Manage property acquisition, development oversight, and tenant relations.
- Monitor projects from feasibility to completion.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on expansion milestones.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate management and development.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven track record in property acquisition and ROI delivery.
- Knowledge of the Tanzanian real estate market is essential
- Fluency in English
