Shop Technical Sales Representative

This position is located in Dar es Salaam.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills for data work, proficiency in building client relationships, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Other key skills include experience in delivering presentations, strong attention to detail, a valid driving license, and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel. The candidate should also have good sales knowledge, customer service skills, and be able to handle pressure.

Graduate Trainee - Operations

This position is located in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of post-graduation experience. Being a registered graduate engineer is an added advantage.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets, internet, and email. The ideal candidate should have strong teamwork, initiative, and creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Consumer Sales Drivers - Graduate Trainee

This position is located throughout Tanzania.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Form 4 education.
• Experience: At least 3 years of driving experience with a valid driving license.
• Skills: Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles and commercial trucks of 3 tonnes or more. Experience in sales and knowledge of mechanics are considered added advantages. The candidate must also possess good communication skills (oral and written), be dedicated, have a high level of integrity and discipline, and be able to work under pressure. A defensive driving certificate from a reputable institution like VETA or NIT is preferred.
