Job Description
Position: Bancassurance Sales Force Executive (SFE)
Organization: Jubilee Life Insurance
Station Locations: Tabora, Shinyanga, Kigoma, Mbogwe, Simiyu, Kahama
Job Purpose
The Bancassurance Sales Force Executive (SFE) will be responsible for driving insurance sales through banking channels by identifying customer needs, building strong relationships with bank staff and clients, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with customers to promote financial security through suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank staff to support bancassurance business growth.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote Jubilee Life Insurance products through bank branches and other approved channels.
- Conduct presentations and product awareness sessions for bank staff and potential customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business performance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Travel within the assigned region as required to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into business.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Proven ability to work independently and consistently achieve set sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving business objectives.
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be residents of the Western Zone or be willing to work within the assigned zone and region.
- Successful candidates should be willing to work at their assigned workstation and travel within the designated region whenever required.
