Background TMHS Group Limited is a locally registered company providing Emergency Medical Services, Waste and Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Medical Supplies Services. They are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven individual to join their Medical Supplies division.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion
- Promote and sell medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.
- Identify and develop new customer leads and business opportunities to expand market share.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build business by identifying prospects and maintaining client relationships.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Tailor sales presentations to match specific customer needs and environments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and potential new products to support strategic planning.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a strong company presence and reach the correct client base.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity reports to management.
- Provide feedback on market intelligence and potential business growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Diploma in Nursing, or Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
Experience & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relationship management and openness to feedback.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Excellent time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
