1. Position

Sales Manager (Exclusive for Tanzanian Asians)

2. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain local customers, liaise with the Asian community and local businesses, promote company products and services, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up on customer orders, provide complete pre-sales, during-sales and after-sales services, maintain customer loyalty, and increase repeat purchase rates.
• Collect local market demand and competitor information, provide timely feedback to the company, and help optimize sales strategies.
• Cooperate with the company to complete various sales campaigns and promotional tasks, and actively expand sales channels.

3. Job Requirements

• Nationality: Tanzanian Asians, long-term resident in Tanzania, familiar with local culture, consumption habits and business practices.
• Language: Proficient in English and Swahili; speaking Chinese is a plus (not mandatory).
• Experience: Must have local sales and client liaison experience; own customer network is preferred; experience in day-old chick sales is a strong advantage.
• Good teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
• Others: Able to perform local field work, with basic communication and execution skills, and willing to work long-term and stably.

5. Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Basic salary 3,000,000 – 6,000,000 TZS; sales commission is negotiable.
• Benefits: Transportation allowance, communication allowance; year-end bonus and additional rewards for outstanding performance.
