Job Description

looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our team.
Position: Sales Officer
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the reach of MGCL products.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Conduct training for distributors and retailers to ensure product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in beverages or consumer goods.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
