(I) Sales & Performance Targets

  • Take ownership of regional SO targets and ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Drive sales growth and coverage across all IR channel customers within the territory.

(II) Execution & Activity Management

  • Organize weekly team meetings to review store-level sales and manage the sales process toward target achievement.
  • Supervise the execution of city-level promotional activities.
  • Monitor in-store execution quality and the deployment of promotional materials.

(III) Customer Relationship & Market Expansion

  • Maintain existing customer relationships through regular visits and holiday communications.
  • Develop potential customers and expand the scope of cooperation.
  • Implement real-time, city-level grid-based customer management, and provide feedback on market dynamics and competitor information.

(IV) Team & Subordinate Management

  • Manage the SV team within the territory to ensure achievement of performance targets.
  • Manage Trainer KPIs, tracking training frequency, coverage, and feedback scores.
  • Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and coach low-performing trainers for improvement.
  • Responsible for recruitment for the regional team.
