We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Server and Storage Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer-focused presentations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the technical and sales teams, understanding customer needs and designing tailored server and storage solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise and Consultation:

• Act as a subject matter expert on server and storage solutions.
• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Provide technical consultation to the sales team and customers during the pre sales process.

Solution Design and Proposal:

• Design and propose server and storage architectures, ensuring scalability,reliability, and performance.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including system configurations,workflows, and architecture diagrams.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.

Customer Engagement and Support:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and pain points.
• Address technical queries and concerns raised by customers during the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating technical expertise and understanding their business needs.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new server and storage offerings.
• Assist in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and technical bid responses.

Industry Trends and Knowledge Sharing:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in servers, storage systems, and data center solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to the sales team on technical aspects of server and storage solutions.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance expertise.
