JOB SUMMARY:

Security Guards will safeguard the school compound, assets, students, staff, and visitors by maintaining a high-visibility presence and enforcing strict access control protocols at all entry points.

• Department: Operations & Support (Security)
• Reports To: School Manager

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Access Control: Guard main entrances, inspect incoming vehicles, register visitors, and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering school premises.
• Patrol Duties: Conduct regular day and night foot patrols across the entire school perimeter to detect and mitigate security risks.
• Asset Protection: Monitor school facilities, parking lots, and equipment warehouses to deter theft or vandalism.
• Incident Response: Calmly respond to emergency alerts, fires, or medical alarms, and document all security logs cleanly.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Form Four (CSEE) graduate or equivalent.
• Formal training from an accredited security firm, VETA, or National Service (JKT/JKU) is highly preferred.
• Clean criminal background with a valid certificate of good conduct from local police authorities.
• Alert, physically fit, and capable of working night shifts.
