Job Overview

As a versatile professional in the role of Software Developer, you will be a pivotal member of our team, contributing to both the technical development and strategic planning of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Write efficient and maintainable code, actively contributing to the development of software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.

Business Analysis

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, creating user stories and detailed requirement documents.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Quality Assurance

• Participate in the testing and debugging of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Contribute to user acceptance testing, validating that solutions align with business needs.

Continuous Improvement and Learning

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.

• Secure Coding Practices: Follow secure coding guidelines to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Timely Delivery: Complete assigned tasks and projects on schedule.
• Requirement Accuracy: Implement features correctly with minimal rework.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and adopt new technologies.
• Code Repository Management: Maintain organized, up-to-date code in version control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Experience in software development and business analysis within a collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
