Job Description
Simera Transport is looking for a dedicated and organized Store Keeper to join our team.
Location: Simera Yard (Kisarawe II, Kigamboni)
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Transport & Logistics, Warehouse or Inventory Management.
- 3+ years experience as a Store Keeper or Parts Officer in a transport/logistics company
- Must have hands-on experience with spare parts for Chinese trucks, e.g.: Sinotruk (HOWO), DAF and Scania.
- Understanding of spare parts names, codes, functions, and compatibility
- Familiarity with fleet maintenance schedules and how parts are tied to job card
- Proficient in stock control systems and inventory software such as: SAP. Strong in Excel for manual tracking, reporting, and stock reconciliation
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Tracking and maintaining minimum stock levels
