Role Description

The Cost Control Supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring cost-control activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maintaining alignment with the organization’s financial objectives. Daily responsibilities include tracking expenses, preparing budget forecasts, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. The supervisor will collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and cost standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tanzania.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management techniques
• Proficiency with reporting tools and systems used for financial monitoring and cost tracking
• Solid knowledge of policies, procurement processes, and compliance procedures
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or familiarity with hotel cost control is an advantage
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and manage tasks independently
