• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in shops or bank branch management of People and Product & Services. Experience in Telecom or Bank branch management is an added advantage.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency of the Yas-owned Shop.
• Promote a customer-focused attitude and a culture of excellent customer service across the team, ensuring all members are well-versed in product knowledge.
• Timely prepare and present operational and financial reports.
• Execute plans to increase sales, enhance profitability to meet Yas-owned Shop targets.
• Stock management and inventory control of Yas products and services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations to provide a safe environment for customers and staff.

COMPETENCIES

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
