Workshop Supervisor

Workshop Supervisor Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in automobile engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Certification in OHS, ISO internal auditing, or fleet management is an added advantage.
- A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar supervisory role within the transport, logistics, or fleet sector is also required.
- Other qualifications include an in-depth understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics, OEM servicing procedures, and diagnostic tools.
- Hands-on experience using SAP PM or other fleet maintenance ERP systems is necessary.
The role also requires skills in leadership and team management, preventive maintenance planning, inventory and spare parts control, HSE compliance, cost control and budgeting, analytical problem solving, and effective communication and reporting.
