CVM Assistant at Airtel Tanzania

Achieve the desired revenue target

• To achieve agreed growth rates from existing Airtel Money customers.
• Cross selling and upselling of products and services to existing customers.
• Project(s) post-launch evaluation and reporting in accordance with business targets/finance requirements.
• Product and Tariffs management in liaison with other bucket owners within the Airtel Money department.
• Grow ARPU of existing base. 

Project and Process Management

• User Access Testing (UAT) and launch co-ordination Airtel Money campaigns.
• Prepare project documents, Business Case and Facilitate signoff from key stakeholders for execution.
• Conduct weekly product meetings and align with bucket owners on project requirements to the NET/IT, Revenue Assurance and Customer service. 

Preparation of Internal and external Reports

• Regular/Daily tracking of Airtel Money performance and report to relevant parties
• Ensure all required competition data are available on what they offer, how they offer and where they offer (Marketing Intelligence).
• Monthly Preparation of Group reports for Airtel Money performance.
• Monthly preparation of financial reports for all the buckets in the Airtel Money
  department.

Manage Trackers and master’s for All buckets

• Be the custodian of overall Airtel Money CLM projects database and track their every phase.
• Regular updating of Tariff Masters for auditing purposes.
• Align and Liaise with RA team on charging and product exceptions discovered as per the Tariff Master

SQL

• Comprehend business logic and use of SQL guidelines and procedures for accurate data generation/mining.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Functional/Technical Skills

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Data Science, IT or Telecommunications Engineering
• Certified in SQL Language

Relevant Experience 

• Minimum of 3 years of professional Commercial experience - Telecom industry, strong experience in product management, customer lifecycle management, customer experience
• Able to operate in a performance driven organization
