Job Description The Junior Applications Developer supports the development and maintenance of banking, financial, and enterprise web and mobile applications. This role involves learning to build scalable web applications and working on secure, high-availability systems in collaboration with senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Application Development & Maintenance
- Assist in developing web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Support the development of REST APIs and database operations.
- Develop user interfaces that align with enterprise UI/UX and accessibility standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in line with coding standards.
2. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Debug, test, and fix issues across the entire application stack.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), change management, and audit requirements.
3. Collaboration & Analysis
- Collaborate with team members during requirement analysis and design phases.
- Work within Agile methodologies to deliver development goals.

- Maintain a basic understanding of security and performance concepts to ensure system reliability.
