Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications

5 years of experience in BI, reporting, or telecom analytics., Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel ; experience with GIS tools is a plus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Ownership & Governance; Ensure a clean, accurate single source of truth across systems, including data from vendors and contractors.
• BI Architecture & Reporting - Develop and maintain automated dashboards for business, financial, operational, and customer performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional to align BI outputs with business objectives.
• Process Optimization & Automation - Automate manual reporting processes and improve visibility across build-to-activation workflows
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for BI development and analytics.

COMPETENCES

• Technical Proficiency
• Strong understanding of Fiber broadband KPI's and Commercial Metrix
• Analytical rigor with a strong sense of business impact.
• Experience in telecom or ISP industry preferred
