Sales and Tour Consultant at PoriQuest Safari Tanzania

We are looking for a lady with passion for travel and tours and selling bespoke safaris to our clients, giving them memories to savour forever.  PoriQuest Safaris Limited is registered with TALA and is one of the most fastest growing safaris company in Tanzania.

We seek a Sales and Tour Consultant who will have the following responsibilities:

1. Sell and promote the Company's tours 
2. Respond promptly to enquiries receieved by emails, telephone, social media and convert them into confirmed bookings
3. Support marketing activities, including social media content, online listings, promotions, travel fairs, client reviews and referrals
4. Advise clients professionally on destinations (including the Northern Circuit parks, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Tarangire, Manyara, Zanzibar and Kilimanjaro), seasons, itineraries, accommodation, park fees, health, visa and safety requirements.
5. Understand each client’s interests, budget, dates and group profile, and recommend suitable options honestly and accurately.
6. Advise clients professionally on destinations (including the Northern Circuit parks, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Tarangire, Manyara, Zanzibar and Kilimanjaro), seasons, itineraries, accommodation, park fees, health, visa and safety requirements.
7. Design customized tour packages and itineraries and prepare accurate, timely and clearly costed quotations, within Company pricing rules.
8. Issue booking confirmations, invoices, payment instructions and pre-travel information, and ensure deposits and balances are collected on time.
9. Follow Company policies, pricing, payment and refund procedures, and applicable tourism laws and regulations, including TALA and TTB requirements as relevant to the Company.
10. Protect Company and client information, and never accept or request private payments, commissions or favours from clients or suppliers.
