A highly motivated and detail-oriented graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food 

Science and Technology from Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST), 

with hands-on practical experience in food processing, quality control, quality

assurance, laboratory analysis, food safety management, and production operations. 

Possesses strong knowledge of HACCP implementation, GMP and GHP compliance, 

ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, SOPs, food safety legislation, and 

quality management systems. Demonstrated ability to perform laboratory testing, 

conduct quality audits and inspections, investigate non- conformances, implement 

corrective actions, prepare accurate reports, and work effectively in fast-paced food 

and beverage manufacturing environments. Holds eight internationally recognized 

certifications from FAO eLearning Academy and Knights of Safety. Self-motivated, 

honest, hardworking, attentive to detail, and committed to upholding the highest 

standards of food safety and product quality
