I work with NGOs, development organizations, social enterprises, educational institutions, and international clients who need reliable, culturally informed, and high-quality professional support.
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the Institute of Social Work in Tanzania. I have professional experience as a Social Welfare Officer with Lindi Municipal Council, where I worked with clients and communities, conducted assessments, supported social welfare services, and contributed to social protection initiatives. I am also the Founder and Programme Coordinator of MindBridge Tanzania, a youth-focused organization working in peer support, youth livelihood development, advocacy, and community empowerment. I also serve as an Ambassador with the International Peace Youth Group, supporting peace-building and youth empowerment initiatives in East Africa.
My professional services include qualitative research, report writing, grant proposals, policy briefs, program design, monitoring and evaluation, community needs assessments, youth empowerment, social protection, child protection, strategic planning, and program evaluation. I also provide professional Kiswahili-English translation, proofreading, editing, transcription, localization, and Kiswahili language teaching for individuals, organizations, and international professionals working in Tanzania and East Africa.
I provide training and support related to psychosocial wellbeing, peer support, basic counseling skills, psychosocial first aid, mental health awareness, youth mentorship, trauma-informed practice, and community-based support. I also specialize in AI language services, including data annotation, language quality assurance, AI model evaluation, linguistic analysis, and training AI systems to understand Kiswahili language, cultural context, and East African communication.
For digital and creative projects, I offer photography, videography, documentary storytelling, social media content creation, video editing, website copy, articles, newsletters, scripts, captions, campaign materials, and digital learning content. I also design and facilitate practical training programs in social work, youth empowerment, community mobilization, peace-building, language and cultural competence, mental health awareness, and grant writing.
As a native Kiswahili speaker with professional English fluency, I bring authentic Tanzanian and East African cultural understanding to my work. I combine practical development-sector experience, research skills, bilingual communication, creativity, and professionalism to deliver accurate, relevant, and impactful work.
I am available for one-off projects, long-term partnerships, retainers, and specialized consulting. I am based in Tanzania (EAT, UTC+3) and available to work with clients internationally. I value clear communication, timely delivery, collaboration, and practical solutions that create results
