In my three years of working with different airlines such as Qatar Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airline and Ethiopian Airlines and different airline systems such as Altea system and Sabre I have been proficient in handling check-in processes, including verifying passenger details, Issuing of boarding passes, checking baggage according to airline policies, and ensuring compliance with security and weight regulations. At Kilimanjaro International Airport as Document checker and check-in clack at National aviation service (NAS) in profiling of proper and valid traveling document such as (PASSPORTS,VISA, AND RESIDENT PERMINTS) for customers travelling abroad the countries. This has help me in gain a lot of experience and confidence together with gaining good working skills the skills gained are such as Risk management, crime control and drafting reports with different people who have different perspectives and ideas. And with in this organization I have manage to study and obtain various online courses.
