Results-oriented Political Science and Public Administration undergraduate at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), with practical government experience gained through field attachment at the Regional Administrative Secretary (RAS) Office, Geita. Strong grounding in governance, public administration, public finance management, human resource management, monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, and project planning, developed through coursework in comparative politics, public financial management, and organizational management development. Skilled in preparing analytical reports, conducting research, and applying structured planning frameworks such as the Logical Framework Approach.
