About me

As an Offline collection officer,my role involves collecting outstanding payments from customers who are behind on their bills by visiting them in person and recovering debts.It also include resolving customer complaints,investigating financial situations,and coordinating with other departments and legal resources when nessecary.
Key duties includes making in-person visits,negotiating repayment plan,documenting all interactions,and working to reduce delinquency rates in their assigned accounts.
