About me

Practical and results driven Health Officer candidate with a Diploma in Environmental Sciences from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) , with a strong specialization in Environmental Health the critical link between environmental factors and human health. My training covers environmental risk assessment, water and sanitation (WASH), waste management, pollution control, food safety, and occupational health, all of which are directly applicable to disease surveillance, outbreak prevention, and community health promotion. During my internship, I actively participated in immunization outreaches, maternal and child health education, environmental sanitation inspections, and patient record management. Skilled in collecting and analyzing health and environmental data, preparing field reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary health teams, local government, and community leaders. Adept at translating scientific knowledge into actionable health messages for diverse populations. Fluent in English and Swahili. Passionate about applying my environmental health expertise to reduce disease burden, promote safe environments, and improve overall community health outcomes as a Health Officer.
