Experienced in managing foreign national employee documentation and work authorization processes, maintaining confidential records, coordinating with government authorities and organizational stakeholders, supporting employee and client needs, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Currently serving as the Founder and Director of Fountain Immigration Consultancy, where I provide immigration and workforce compliance services to companies employing foreign nationals. I have supported organizations across multiple industries with work permits, special passes, dependent passes, visa extensions, permanent residency, citizenship and other immigration-related processes.

Hold an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, and a Diploma in Information Technology, providing a strong combination of HR, administration, technology, compliance, data management and operational skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office, digital communication platforms, data management, systems implementation, technical support and business process improvement.
