Actuarial and finance professional with combined reinsurance and banking experience across pricing, reserving support, portfolio profitability analysis, regulatory capital and liquidity adequacy, and business performance management. At I&M Bank Tanzania, operates as a finance business partner to business units — supporting the ICAAP and ILAAP review process, market and competitor analysis, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting that informs strategic decisions. Previously at Tanzania Reinsurance Company (TAN-RE), priced treaty and facultative business, analysed claims experience and loss ratios, supported reserving and reserve adequacy, and produced ISO- and AM Best-aligned management reporting. Holds an MSc in Insurance and Actuarial Science (GPA 4.2/5.0) and a BSc in Actuarial Statistics; SOA Exam FM passed. Combines technical actuarial capability with commercial and strategic insight, and translates complex analysis into decisions that non-technical stakeholders can act on.
